Salary: $123,300–$184,900 gross in Zone A; $139,300–$208,900 gross in Zone B; $156,600–$234,800 gross in Zone C. Additional equity awards and incentive plans may be available.

What you will do

• Own positioning and messaging for hirify.global’s AI creation tools, third-party plugin ecosystem, and broader AI portfolio.
• Lead end-to-end go-to-market for launches, betas, and feature rollouts, including audience targeting, enablement, and post-launch analysis.
• Define developer personas and translate commhirify.global feedback, interviews, and forum discussions into product, pricing, packaging, and roadmap insights.
• Build developer trust through credible messaging and collaboration with Product, Engineering, Commhirify.global, Developer Relations, Sales, and Support.
• Drive ecosystem and partner co-marketing for third-party AI plugins and track the AI-in-gaming market.
• Set and monitor adoption, activation, retention, and qualitative sentiment metrics with Product and Analytics.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in Product Marketing or GTM leadership, with ownership of a product line end-to-end.
• Experience marketing to technical audiences such as developers, engineers, or technical artists.
• Direct experience with AI/ML products and the technical judgment to distinguish production-ready capabilities from demos.
• Exceptional writing, cross-functional leadership, data literacy, and comfort working with ambiguous early-stage products.
• Familiarity with Claude Code, Gemini, and integrating AI into daily work.
• Professional English proficiency is required for frequent written and verbal communication with colleagues and partners worldwide.

Nice to have

• Game production experience or strong knowledge of modern game development pipelines and creator workflows.
• Experience with AI agents, plugins, MCP, model providers, developer platforms, game engines, SDKs, or plugin ecosystems.
• Hands-on experience shipping something in hirify.global or a similar real-time creation tool.
• Experience with partner co-marketing and category creation during major market shifts.
