Regional Project Manager (AI)

Location: London, United Kingdom. Hybrid working with teams in the office an average of four days a week. Flexible working hours are required to support regional demand and global collaboration, including early mornings or late evenings.

What you will do

• Own regional governance and orchestration, establishing delivery cadences, rituals, and consistent ways of working.
• Coordinate local and regional teams with the central WPP Global delivery engine and act as a primary regional interface.
• Manage briefing and demand processes through Workfront, JIRA, WPP Open, and related workflow tools.
• Balance rapid-turnaround requests and strategic programmes across regional and central delivery teams.
• Manage risks, dependencies, blockers, scope changes, and escalation pathways to maintain delivery.
• Provide real-time reporting and improve regional operations through standardised tooling, automation, and agentic workflows.

Requirements

• Experience with output-based, platform-led delivery models and centralised delivery operations.
• Proven ability to coordinate multi-agency and multidisciplinary teams in international matrixed environments.
• Hands-on experience with end-to-end briefing and demand processes using enterprise workflow tools.
• Strong understanding of local and regional market needs and how to adapt globally consistent work for local relevance.
• Highly structured, detail-oriented approach with strong governance, communication, stakeholder management, and reporting skills.
• Availability for flexible working hours, including early mornings or late evenings, to support global and regional time zones.
