Delivery Lead (AI)

Location: London/Hybrid, with flexible and remote working options alongside Leeds-based hybrid collaboration.

Salary: £90,000–£115,000 per year.

What you will do

• Own end-to-end delivery across conventional agile projects and AI-driven client engagements.
• Run stakeholder governance and manage senior client relationships in complex, fast-moving environments.
• Lead discovery and immersion activities to understand business challenges and identify valuable technology applications.
• Build commercial cases for proposed work and assess whether initiatives should proceed, change direction, or stop.
• Plan the transition of successful proofs of concept into solutions used by real users.
• Use modern AI tools hands-on and demonstrate practical examples to clients.

Requirements

• Strong experience as a Delivery Lead, Delivery Manager, or Senior Project Manager in agile environments.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills with strong commercial judgement.
• Experience with discovery, product thinking, or client workshops, or strong motivation to develop these capabilities.
• Practical day-to-day confidence using AI tools and discussing real-world use cases.
• Proactive and resilient approach to ambiguity, with the confidence to challenge assumptions early.
• Technology consultancy or professional services experience is advantageous.
