Internship Transaction Services/Trade Finance Services (Fintech)

Location: Amsterdam, Netherlands; residence in the Netherlands and work from the Amsterdam offices required. Hybrid workhirify.global combines home workhirify.global with office collaboration.

Internship allowance: EUR 700 based on a 36-hour work week.

What you will do

• Process and price flow trade finance transactions, includhirify.global letters of credit, standby letters of credit, and guarantees.
• Check transactions against limits, tenor, structure, and other approval parameters.
• Arrange limit allocations, excess approvals, compliance waivers, and risk mitigation when transactions fall outside standard parameters.
• Monitor timely transaction processhirify.global and complete administrative tasks after closhirify.global.
• Advise domestic and international offices and external clients on prichirify.global, risk appetite, and trade finance structures.
• Support regional desks and contribute to additional activities or projects as needed.

Requirements

• Must reside in the Netherlands and be ready to work from the Amsterdam offices.
• Must remain enrolled at a university in the Netherlands until the internship ends; EU-university enrollment is accepted for EU passport holders.
• Final-stage Bachelor's student or Master's student with an ambitious, entrepreneurial, and commercial mindset.
• Strong organizational, analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills with a professional approach and ability to work in a team.
• Fluent spoken and written English required.
• Good computer skills, especially Microsoft Office and Excel; own work laptop required.

Nice to have

• Additional foreign language such as French, Spanish, Arabic, German, or Chinese.
• Interest in bankhirify.global, international trade, or transaction services.
• Familiarity with letters of credit, guarantees, and trade loans.
