Salary: $4,881.00–$5,255.00 CAD per month

What you will do

• Review accreditation applications against CFPC Mainpro+ and Royal College MOC standards, identify gaps, and prepare recommendations.
• Maintain accreditation databases and tracking systems, verify data quality, and prepare statistical summaries and reports.
• Coordinate structured peer-review workflows with physician reviewers, applicants, accrediting bodies, and internal stakeholders.
• Identify recurring submission issues and workflow bottlenecks, troubleshoot platform issues, and support system testing and process improvements.
• Develop guidance, training, onboarding documentation, and materials related to accreditation standards.
• Support research and evaluation activities, including surveys, literature searches, needs assessments, data analysis, and recommendations for educational improvement.

Requirements

• High school graduation plus a two-year post-secondary diploma and four years of related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong analytical and critical-thinking abilities, and high attention to detail.
• Experience with data management, quality assurance, reporting, and structured review processes.
• Ability to interpret policies, standards, and guidelines consistently and exercise sound judgment when escalating complex or high-risk issues.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities and deadlines, collaborate with multidisciplinary stakeholders, and maintain confidentiality.
• Commitment to equity, diversity, inclusion, and respect for diverse perspectives.

Nice to have

• Experience in health professions education, accreditation, regulatory, research, or quality improvement environments.
• Experience coordinating reviews involving physicians or subject-matter experts.
