Routing and Switching Manufacturing Test Engineer

What you will do

• Execute manufacturing test plans for routers and switches.
• Develop and debug automated manufacturing test scripts using Python.
• Troubleshoot electronic hardware issues identified during manufacturing testing.
• Collaborate with contract manufacturers, engineering teams, and vendors to support product releases.
• Improve, optimize, and standardize manufacturing test methodologies, tools, and sequences.
• Maintain manufacturing test documentation, including test plans and test results.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in manufacturing testing of routers and switches.
• Experience developing and debugging automated manufacturing tests with Python.
• Knowledge of router and switch architectures, hardware debugging, and troubleshooting techniques.
• Knowledge of TCP/IP, Ethernet, VLANs, Windows, and Linux.
• Professional working proficiency in Spanish and English is required.

Nice to have

• Experience with embedded software diagnostics using C/C++.
