What you will do

• Own, maintain, and continuously improve the company Quality Management System.
• Ensure compliance with EN9100, ISO 9001, ECSS, and other applicable standards and requirements.
• Plan, lead, report on, and follow up on internal audits, while coordinating external and certification audits.
• Govern process documentation, process ownership, compliance monitoring, document control, and controlled information management.
• Maintain CAPA processes, verify corrective-action effectiveness, and coordinate compliance assessments and gap closure.
• Develop quality training and competency frameworks, support management reviews, and report quality performance.

Requirements

• Experience managing quality management systems in regulated manufacturing environments.
• Strong knowledge of EN9100, ISO 9001, and related standards.
• Experience leading internal and external audits, CAPA systems, and document control processes.
• Understanding of process governance, compliance management, certification, and regulatory requirements.
• Demonstrated leadership, strong organization, attention to detail, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Professional proficiency in English is required. German is beneficial.
