Salesforce Developer (AI)

What you will do

• Lead development of the Salesforce platform and go-to-market tools.
• Build Apex classes, triggers, asynchronous jobs, Lightning Web Components, dashboards, and guided workflows.
• Automate revenue processes across Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, and Finance using Flow or code.
• Own integrations with Salesloft, Gong, ZoomInfo, Clearbit, Pardot, Sage Intacct, Lexion, Slack, and other systems.
• Maintain reliable CRM data through deduplication, enrichment, backfills, cleanups, and performance tuning.
• Build Claude skills and MCP integrations that enable safe AI use of Salesforce data.

Requirements

• 5+ years of Salesforce development experience, ideally as a lead or sole developer on a Sales Cloud organization.
• Deep Apex experience, including triggers, trigger frameworks, bulkification, asynchronous Apex, and test classes.
• Hands-on Lightning Web Components experience and strong knowledge of SOQL, SOSL, Salesforce data and security models, and Flow.
• Experience building and debugging API integrations with third-party systems.
• Experience with Salesforce CLI, Git or GitHub, and scratch orgs or sandboxes.
• Clear English communication is required for collaboration across time zones.

Nice to have

• Salesforce CI/CD experience with GitHub Actions, Gearset, Copado, or similar tools.
• Experience with Pardot, HubSpot, Marketo, Salesforce Data Cloud, Agentforce, or Einstein.
• Salesforce Platform Developer or JavaScript Developer certifications.
• German language skills.
