Talent Relations Manager (Influencer Marketing)

What you will do

• Plan, manage, and execute talent collaborations for partner brands.
• Scout relevant talents, conduct outreach, and lead negotiations with talents, agencies, and management teams.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with talents and external partners.
• Monitor social media trends, emerging talents, and new collaboration opportunities.
• Manage collaborations end to end, from concept development and execution to performance measurement and recommendations.
• Coordinate with internal teams across functions and external stakeholders.

Requirements

• Degree in Fashion, PR, Marketing, Communications, or a comparable field.
• Several years of relevant experience in Marketing, Communications, Talent, or Influencer Marketing.
• Proven experience independently planning and executing talent and influencer collaborations.
• Strong understanding of social media trends, relevant platforms, and emerging talents.
• Experience communicating and negotiating with talents, agencies, and management teams.
• Very good written and spoken German and English, with a structured, solution-oriented, creative, and hands-on approach.
