Marketing Manager (Gaming, DACH)

What you will do

• Design and launch integrated gaming campaigns across Twitch, YouTube, Discord, TikTok, and other digital platforms.
• Manage relationships with gaming influencers, content creators, esports entities, media agencies, PR partners, and internal publishing teams.
• Localize global gaming assets and product messaging for audiences in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland.
• Develop community engagement programs, direct-to-player CRM initiatives, and localized news updates.
• Track CPI, CAC, ROAS, player retention, and LTV metrics to optimize campaigns and marketing ROI.
• Align DACH go-to-market strategies with global publishing goals and regional brand guidelines.

Requirements

• 5–8 years of experience in marketing communications, brand management, or digital marketing, including gaming or entertainment experience.
• 3–5 years of hands-on experience with campaigns, influencer strategies, or community programs in the DACH region.
• Strong understanding of the DACH gaming ecosystem, regional media platforms, creator landscape, and player habits.
• Strong analytical, project management, and stakeholder relationship management skills.
• Native or fluent German and professional business English required.
• Ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment and manage tight deadlines.
