What you will do
- Lead the delivery of large-scale website and digital experience design projects from planning through completion.
- Act as the primary design contact for clients and stakeholders, facilitating discovery workshops, design reviews, presentations, and requirement gathering.
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of 15–25 UI designers, including performance reviews, coaching, hiring, onboarding, and capability development.
- Manage project planning, effort estimation, resource capacity, utilization, delivery forecasting, risks, dependencies, and budgets.
- Provide strategic design direction and govern design systems, component libraries, brand standards, accessibility, and UI quality.
- Contribute to proposals, solutioning, capability development, process improvements, and scalable design operations.
Requirements
- 10–14 years of experience in UI, visual design, digital experience design, or a related discipline.
- Experience managing teams of 15–25 designers in a delivery-oriented environment.
- Strong client-facing, stakeholder management, presentation, mentoring, conflict resolution, and cross-functional leadership skills.
- Expert knowledge of Figma, including design systems, shared libraries, variables, components, and governance models.
- Strong understanding of responsive web design, accessibility standards, modern UI best practices, effort estimation, project planning, resource management, and delivery governance.
- Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite and familiarity with HTML, CSS, and front-end implementation considerations.

- Experience managing multiple concurrent projects and geographically distributed teams.
- A portfolio showing enterprise-scale website or digital experience projects, design systems, governance frameworks, responsive web design, and successful project delivery.
