About the Role

You will design and improve end-to-end product experiences, user flows, and feature visuals. You will create high- and low-fidelity prototypes and wireframes, work with engineers on implementation, identify user needs, conduct research and testing, incorporate feedback, and establish design standards.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a UI/UX Designer or Product Designer
• Front-end web development experience with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
• Figma
• Adobe design tools
• Experience collaborating with engineers and designers
• User research
• User flow mapping
• Color theory
• Typography
• Interaction design
• Motion principles
• Responsive design
• Visual hierarchy
• Portfolio of website, web application, graphic design, and logo work
• Experience designing enterprise web applications or API products

Responsibilities

• Design and improve end-to-end product experiences, user flows, and feature visuals
• Create high-fidelity prototypes and low-fidelity wireframes
• Work with engineers to connect design and technical implementation
• Identify and prioritize user needs with internal stakeholders
• Conduct user testing and incorporate customer feedback
• Plan and conduct user research and interviews
• Promote design decisions and standards
