Senior Talent Partner (iGaming)

What you will do

• Manage a live portfolio of 10+ senior, specialist, and hard-to-fill roles, closing at least four positions per month.
• Own searches end to end, from intake and hiring plans through accepted offers.
• Source passive talent through gaming and iGaming networks, market mapping, outreach, and future pipeline building.
• Use funnel data, market intelligence, and pay insight to identify blockers and advise on realistic hiring strategies.
• Use AI, ATS automation, and new sourcing channels across research, outreach, assessment design, and reporting.
• Partner with senior leaders, challenge restrictive briefs, and deliver a fast, honest, and fair candidate experience.

Requirements

• Strong track record as a high-performing recruiter in gaming, iGaming, or a closely related sector.
• Proven gaming talent network and experience delivering against a heavy requisition load.
• Outstanding direct sourcing skills, including successful hires for difficult searches.
• Hands-on experience with AI tools and a modern ATS.
• Commercial senior-stakeholder relationships, confidence to challenge assumptions, and a data-led approach.
• Excellent written communication, particularly candidate outreach.
