Commercial Strategy Associate (Fintech)

What you will do

• Lead analysis of commercial performance metrics, competitor activity, and market trends to identify actionable opportunities.
• Assess the commercial viability of existing and potential product lines and present recommendations to senior stakeholders.
• Support market expansion, business model innovation, revenue diversification, and strategic partnership initiatives.
• Implement pricing strategies across the EME product portfolio, including Investments, Trading, and Crypto.
• Build financial models and business cases for commercial initiatives and revenue optimization.
• Collaborate with Product, Marketing, Compliance, and Finance teams to lead commercial projects from inception through implementation.

Requirements

• Approximately 2 years of top-tier consulting experience or equivalent commercial strategy experience.
• Degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• Exceptional analytical skills and the ability to translate complex data into actionable business insights.
• Understanding of pricing strategies and commercial performance frameworks.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, including impactful data visualizations.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, strategic thinking, and prioritization skills.
