MBA Strategy & Transformation Intern, Mid Market

Location: Mountain View, California, United States

Salary: $48–$57 per hour in Mountain View; another listed base pay range is $38.50–$59.50.

What you will do

• Define, prioritize, and operationalize strategic growth initiatives for the Mid-Market Group.
• Analyze customer behavior, market dynamics, and total addressable market expansion opportunities.
• Develop strategy frameworks, financial models, and scenario analyses for business decisions.
• Translate strategic priorities into operating plans with KPIs, timelines, and performance measurement.
• Manage end-to-end execution of strategic and transformational programs across functions.
• Support annual and multi-year planning, strategic thesis development, due diligence, and integration planning.

Requirements

• Current enrollment in a degree-seeking program with graduation after the internship ends.
• Strong problem structuring, analytical, and financial modeling skills.
• Ability to work through ambiguity and complex, cross-dependent challenges.
• Experience influencing senior leaders and cross-functional teams in a matrixed environment.
• Excellent communication, presentation, stakeholder management, and program management skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with organic or inorganic growth strategy initiatives.
• Interest in AI and emerging technologies.
