TL;DR

Location: El Segundo, California, United States

Hourly pay: $30–$50 USD

hirify.global develops and manufactures critical aviation, military, and industrial components and subsystems, operating seven factories across the United States.

What you will do

  • Support cross-functional 0-to-1 growth projects across the organization.
  • Conduct deep research and analysis to inform strategic decisions.
  • Contribute to M&A strategy and business development initiatives.
  • Support government relations, visual design, architecture, and talent systems work.
  • Develop persuasive recommendations and help projects move quickly from concept to execution.

Requirements

  • Must be a U.S. person under ITAR requirements, including a U.S. citizen, lawful permanent resident, or protected person.
  • Current enrollment as a serious humanities student is a strong fit for the role.
  • Strong analytical and persuasive abilities.
  • Ability to move quickly across highly cross-functional projects.
  • Creative judgment and aesthetic taste.
