Principal Product Marketing Manager (AI)

Location: Remote in Canada or the United States

Base salary: $168,000–$285,600 USD annually for United States residents

What you will do

• Own competitive positioning for AI and agentic software development, from primary market analysis to messaging for sales, analysts, and executives.
• Convert competitive signals into actionable positioning and recommendations for product roadmap sequencing.
• Build competitive assets, sales plays, objection handling, and displacement campaigns against named competitors.
• Measure competitive performance through win rates, competitive displacements, and pipeline contribution.
• Brief Product, Investor Relations, industry analysts, sales, and executive leadership on market movements and differentiation.
• Publish thought leadership and raise competitive marketing standards across the PMM organization.

Requirements

• Deep expertise in SDLC, DevSecOps, AI, and agentic software development.
• Proven experience developing competitive positioning with measurable win-rate impact.
• Fluency in the AI and agentic coding landscape and relevant competitor ecosystems.
• Established thought leadership through speaking, publications, or advisory roles.
• Experience briefing executives, Investor Relations, and industry analysts.
• Strong communication, analytical, self-directed, and data-driven capabilities, including practical use of AI tools.
