Associate Director, Medical Information - Payer & Health Systems (ONC) (Oncology Medical Affairs): Leading the development and dissemination of evidence-based scientific content for payers, healthcare intermediaries, and health systems across oncology products with an accent on payer materials, medical information responses, and scientific accuracy. Focus on NCCN and clinical pathway engagement, AMCP dossiers, compendia interactions, AI-generated content review, customer insights, and payer-related metrics.
Location: Titusville, New Jersey, United States of America; up to 10% domestic travel for conferences and company meetings.
Base pay: $137,000–$235,750 per year.

What you will do
- Lead the strategy, development, review, and dissemination of evidence-based medical information materials for oncology products.
- Develop AMCP-approved materials, pre-approval dossiers, Medicaid formulary requests, custom payer requests, and digital assets.
- Provide scientific information to NCCN, compendia, clinical pathway developers, and Clinical Decision Resource Organizations.
- Guide responses to unsolicited medical information requests from payers and health systems in collaboration with Medical Affairs and Real-World Value & Evidence teams.
- Review third-party information and AI-generated outputs for scientific accuracy, quality, compliance, and alignment.
- Use customer insights, metrics, benchmarking, and research to improve payer and health systems materials.
Requirements
- Advanced PharmD or PhD degree required.
- At least 6 years of relevant experience in Medical Information or Health Economics and Outcomes Research.
- Experience with NCCN and clinical pathway policies, submissions, and manufacturer engagement processes.
- Strong medical writing, clinical response creation, medical information process, and healthcare industry knowledge.
- Leadership, collaboration in a matrix environment, influencing, and written and presentation communication skills.
- Working knowledge of United States healthcare systems and payers is preferred.
Nice to have
- Experience with product value assessment by Health Technology Assessment organizations.
- Knowledge of managed care and public-sector payer business models and perspectives.
