Engineering (Manufacturing) Industrial Placement 2027

Location: Reading Plant, United Kingdom; onsite placement

What you will do

• Work on live engineering projects and business challenges at the Reading manufacturing plant.
• Improve the capability, safety, and productivity of manufacturing systems.
• Help reduce costs and increase sustainability across plant operations.
• Collaborate with engineers and plant technicians to maintain efficiency and product quality.
• Take responsibility for assigned projects with coaching, mentoring, and formal training.

Requirements

• Must have the right to work in the UK for the full placement period without sponsorship from P&G.
• Must be available from 5 July 2027 through 30 June 2028 for at least 37.5 hours per week.
• University students graduating in 2029 with a placement year, as well as students graduating in 2027 or 2028 and recent graduates, are eligible.
• Foundational understanding of engineering principles in the chosen field.
• Problem-solving and leadership skills, with evidence of achievement in academic or non-academic activities.
• Strong verbal and written English skills.
