Sales Graduate Role 2027

Location: Weybridge, Surrey, United Kingdom; based at the UK head office

Salary: £45,000 per year, plus an annual performance-based bonus

What you will do

• Manage a retailer account and a multi-million-pound business from the first day.
• Build and maintain relationships with major UK retailers.
• Use analytics, shopper insights, and market knowledge to develop commercial strategies.
• Design and execute ideas and business plans that drive category growth.
• Collaborate with marketing, supply chain, and finance teams.
• Develop sales and leadership capability through formal training and mentoring.

Requirements

• University undergraduate who will complete a degree by Summer 2027.
• Evidence of achievements in academic or non-academic activities.
• Demonstrated leadership skills and strong interest in a commercial career.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong written and verbal English skills.
• Valid driver’s licence from the first day of employment.
• Continuous right to work in the UK from the first day of employment without requiring sponsorship.

Hiring process
