What you will do

• Manage employee benefits programs across the UK, Ireland, Germany, and Canada.
• Handle employee escalations and provide support on benefits coverage.
• Monitor local employment laws and benefits regulations to maintain compliance.
• Coordinate with benefits providers, brokers, payroll teams, and internal stakeholders.
• Standardize and improve global benefits processes while accommodating local requirements.
• Maintain benefits records and reporting, and develop employee communications and onboarding materials.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in global benefits administration across multiple regions.
• Knowledge of international benefits structures, including pensions, healthcare, life assurance, and reward schemes.
• Understanding of employment laws and regulatory requirements in the covered regions.
• Strong organizational, time management, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Experience with HRIS, payroll, or benefits administration software in a multinational environment.
