Clinical Solutions Specialist-Periop

Location: Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, United States; travel by air or automobile up to 75% of the time within and outside the state. Work takes place in office settings and medical facilities, with occasional non-traditional hours for in-services.

Salary: $79,000–$119,000 annual, plus bonus and/or incentive eligibility.

What you will do

• Provide clinical support and education to customers and the salesforce on clinical products and services.
• Support customer expansion, business retention, product conversions, and implementations with local and national sales teams.
• Conduct quality investigations, waste assessments, clinical reviews, and observations to recommend improved and best practices.
• Analyze clinical utilization to identify waste, standardization opportunities, and practice adjustments.
• Provide end-user insight for new product development and improvements to existing products.
• Engage with professional organizations and attend industry events.

Requirements

• RN nursing bachelor's degree with CNOR certification preferred, or Certified Surgical Technologist qualification.
• At least three years of clinical experience in an operating room.
• Experience analyzing and reporting data to identify issues, trends, or exceptions and drive improvements.
• Ability to prioritize workload and schedule effectively to meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to travel by air or automobile up to 75% of the time and work in medical facilities.

Nice to have

• CNOR certification.
• Cross-functional experience in the Cath Lab, Interventional Radiology, Sterile Processing, Supply Chain, or Labor & Delivery.
