Senior Quantity Surveyor (Infrastructure)

Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia

Provides PMO services, enterprise-level governance, assurance, integration, and performance oversight across a major mixed-use infrastructure programme.

What you will do

• Coordinate with PMCs on executive commercial reporting, cost control, project status reporting, and close-out reports.
• Measure and evaluate installed construction quantities against planned quantities and validate analytical commercial data.
• Develop project cost reports, commercial executive reports, cashflows, trend analysis, change reporting, and risk and opportunity assessments.
• Support programme-wide budgets, monthly cashflow submissions, baseline budget updates, and change control procedures.
• Prepare cost benchmarks, elemental cost plans, tender documentation standards, and market analysis for Saudi Arabia.
• Link cost breakdown and work breakdown structures with cost and schedule data, including earned value, and support progress meetings.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or quantity surveying.
• Minimum 15 years of post-graduation experience.
• Strong knowledge of commercial aspects of major civil and infrastructure projects, including urban developments, high-rise buildings, roads, bridges, and utilities.
• Experience with international contracting mechanisms, including FIDIC and NEC.
• Experience using MS Office and cost-estimating software.
• Fluency in written and spoken English is required.

• MRICS, CIOB, or an equivalent professional certification.
