Senior Mechanical Supervisor for DR Legacy Fleet (Industrial Steam Turbines)

Location: Dammam, Ash Sharqiyah, Saudi Arabia; full-time onsite role

What you will do

• Supervise mechanical installation and complete overhauls of industrial steam turbines and related equipment during service outages.
• Direct teams and ensure work meets OEM installation instructions and quality standards.
• Verify baseplate levelness, equipment alignment, and other installation readings.
• Interpret P&ID and dimensional drawings and perform complex repairs on machinery and ancillary systems.
• Conduct root cause analysis, communicate findings to engineering, and recommend solutions.
• Report progress and schedules to customers, recommend spare parts, and prepare detailed technical reports.

Requirements

• High school/GED diploma or an engineering degree with equivalent experience.
• 5–7 years of directly related experience supervising industrial steam turbine and related-equipment overhauls.
• Knowledge of steam turbine mechanical scopes and inspections.
• Proficiency with standard office software and portal-based systems for time, expense, and service reporting.
• Professional written and oral communication skills, including handling difficult customer discussions.
• Proficiency in English is required.
