HSE Site Lead

Location: Jubail, Saudi Arabia; onsite site-based role

What you will do

• Act as the senior site authority and single point of accountability for health, safety, security, and environmental performance.
• Implement HSSE policies, systems, assurance processes, audits, inspections, and legal compliance programs.
• Lead emergency preparedness, response planning, drills, and safety officer activities for the site emergency response team.
• Lead incident investigations, root-cause analysis, corrective actions, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Assess operational, process safety, health, ergonomic, environmental, and workplace hazards and establish effective controls.
• Monitor contractor HSSE performance, coordinate employee safety committees, and support major turnarounds and project activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or HSE.
• Registration as an HSE Practitioner (Associate) in Saudi Arabia.
• 8–10 years of experience in chemical or petrochemical operations, including 3–5 years of progressive site-based HSE leadership experience.
• Experience delivering health, safety, and environmental management systems and knowledge of applicable local and national codes and regulations.
• Certified trainer certification and strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Good written and verbal communication skills in Arabic and English.
