Sr. Manager, FP&A (AI)

Location: New York, New York, USA (Corporate Headquarters)

Salary: $135,000–$150,000 per year

What you will do

• Lead monthly close, monthly forecast, Board of Directors, and senior leadership materials.
• Manage the weekly CFO business update and forecast quarterly financial outcomes using brand feedback, current trends, and external perspectives.
• Champion AI and other technologies to create KPI dashboards and improve the accuracy and speed of forecasting.
• Partner with Investor Relations by maintaining financial models and aligning management reporting messages.
• Manage annual bonus and equity payout calculations against financial targets.
• Lead global Capex and real estate consolidation while building reporting infrastructure for management insights.

Requirements

• 5+ years of finance experience in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment, including FP&A, investment banking, or management consulting.
• Strategic thinking, enterprise perspective, intellectual curiosity, and strong verbal and written communication.
• Ability to build collaborative relationships across functional groups and brands.
• BS in Finance or Accounting preferred; MBA is a plus.
• High proficiency with current AI tools, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to work onsite in New York, New York, USA.
