Technology Risk Specialist Sr

Location: In-office in Pittsburgh, PA; Dallas, TX; Strongsville, OH; Phoenix, AZ; or Birmingham, AL

Base salary: $86,250–$172,500 per year, plus incentive eligibility.

What you will do

• Execute and enhance technology risk management programs across infrastructure, data, information security, MIS, and governance.
• Monitor laws, regulations, and regulatory guidance and assess their impact on technology policies and controls.
• Lead regulatory change engagements, communicate regulatory impacts, and coordinate remediation action plans.
• Develop executive-level reporting on regulatory initiatives, risk trends, controls, and remediation status.
• Advise technology and business teams on risk appetite, control requirements, remediation strategies, and risk acceptance.
• Support regulatory examinations, internal audits, external reviews, and sustainable resolution of findings.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or a comparable combination of education, certifications, and experience.
• 3+ years of relevant or direct industry experience.
• Knowledge of technology risk frameworks, internal controls, operational risk, governance, and the regulatory environment in financial services.
• Strong analytical, critical-thinking, communication, data-gathering, and reporting skills.
• Must work in-office at one of the listed U.S. locations.
• Employment visa sponsorship and STEM OPT participation are not available.
