Portfolio Manager III (CRE)

What you will do

• Manage commercial real estate customer relationships and assigned commercial credit portfolios.
• Own credit quality, risk monitoring, risk ratings, underwriting quality, and portfolio administration.
• Manage delinquencies, collateral exceptions, borrowing bases, annual reviews, criticized loans, and specialized reporting.
• Prepare and present written and verbal credit actions to senior management and the Senior Loan Committee.
• Collaborate with Relationship Managers, Treasury Management, regional commercial leadership, and credit officers to grow fees, deposits, and portfolio revenue.
• Work on loan closings, special projects, market analysis, and the development of Credit Analysts.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree.
• 12+ years of commercial real estate-related experience.
• Experience with commercial credit risk, underwriting, portfolio monitoring, and customer relationship management.
• Ability to present credit analysis and portfolio reviews to senior stakeholders.
• Ability to use commercial banking systems and Microsoft Office Suite, including CLOS, PMTS, MAX, CARS, RETS, and AFS.
