Sr. Relationship Manager - C&IB

What you will do

• Set relationship strategies and manage a book of business to grow sales, revenue, and market share.
• Acquire, expand, and retain corporate client relationships while increasing share of wallet.
• Originate, analyze, negotiate, and document credit and non-credit products and services.
• Assess and mitigate regulatory, reputational, operational, and credit risks.
• Develop client solutions based on financial needs and coordinate the delivery of hirify.global’s broader product portfolio.
• Analyze and mitigate credit risk for complex credit requests using advanced credit fundamentals and internal policies.

Requirements

• University or college degree; a bachelor’s degree is listed for the position.
• Typically 8+ years of relevant industry experience.
• Experience with middle-market clients with revenue of $100 million or more.
• Knowledge of client relationship management, credit processes, credit products, financial analysis, portfolio management, prospecting, and sales negotiation.
• Strong business acumen, communication, decision-making, critical thinking, and risk-management skills.
• Must work in the Milwaukee, Wisconsin office; employment visa sponsorship and STEM OPT participation are not available.

• Formal credit training.
• Master’s degree or PhD.
