What you will do
- Serve as a subject matter expert for COA licensing within clinical studies for strategic pharmaceutical clients.
- Coordinate COA licensing and translation services across multi-service projects.
- Manage project activities from request launch through final delivery, including tracking work time and invoice processing.
- Coordinate client, copyright-holder, internal, and operational discussions, including licensing negotiations.
- Deliver customer service through the ePROVIDE platform and support on-time, high-quality milestone delivery.
- Maintain filing and tracking tools, support proposals and budgets, mentor junior staff, and contribute to process improvements.
Requirements
- Required experience delivering COA licensing and translation services.
- At least 3 years of experience in client services and/or project coordination.
- Excellent project management, organisation, prioritisation, and attention to detail.
- Advanced customer service and communication skills, including issue and complaint resolution.
- Fluent English, both written and spoken, is required.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively; a degree is preferred.
