Experienced Salesforce Developer (Salesforce)

Location: Hybrid position open to candidates in Warsaw, Poland or Manila, Philippines; availability to work in the EMEA time zone is required.

What you will do

• Analyze business objectives and capability requirements with business stakeholders and end users.
• Design, configure, develop, and implement solutions across the Salesforce platform and its ecosystem.
• Contribute to application strategies, architecture, and enterprise Salesforce platform design.
• Test application stability and functionality, troubleshoot issues, and fix bugs.
• Maintain the platform, produce technical documentation, and complete operational handovers.

Requirements

• Several years of experience in a similar Salesforce position within an international and agile environment.
• Broad knowledge of the Salesforce object model, platform configuration, Dynamic Forms, Flow-first automation, Process Builder, Platform Events, and Lightning App Builder.
• Experience with Service Cloud and Experience Cloud or Sales Cloud and Revenue Cloud, including relevant CRM processes and configuration.
• Development experience with Lightning Web Components, Aura, Apex, SOQL/SOSL, VS Code, SFDX, and Salesforce development tools.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce security, sharing models, permissions, roles, sharing rules, FLS, CRUD, governor limits, and bulkification.
• Fluent spoken and written English and availability to work in the EMEA time zone are required.

Nice to have

• Marketing Cloud, Data Cloud, or Agentforce experience.
• Experience with Copado or Gearset, branching strategies, and deployment pipelines.
• Experience with Conga or Steelbrick/Salesforce CPQ implementations.
• Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
