Senior Full Stack Engineer (AI)

Location: Cebu, Philippines — Hybrid. Employees may work remotely from a location of their choice for two weeks each year.

What you will do

• Build and maintain components of ATLAS, a multi-agent orchestration platform.
• Implement AI platform architecture, RAG pipelines, and integrations with enterprise systems.
• Develop API-driven connections to databases and external enterprise tools.
• Implement memory, vector stores, long-term knowledge retrieval, message passing, handoffs, and shared agent state.
• Build evaluation loops, logging, error-correction guardrails, secure sandboxes, and controls for secrets and personally identifiable information.
• Support AI governance, reproducibility, traceability, monitoring, observability, and the adoption of standardised AI coding tools.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in AI/ML engineering, software engineering, or data science.
• Deep familiarity with large language models, prompt engineering, and RAG systems.
• Understanding of modern AI architectures and exposure to tool use, workflow orchestration, routing, memory, and multi-agent patterns.
• Experience contributing to production AI solutions, including cost, scalability, observability, security, and governance considerations.
• Exposure to model evaluation, drift and bias monitoring, or inference-latency optimisation.
• Clear communication skills and the ability to explain technical work to technical and cross-functional stakeholders.
