Senior Fullstack Engineer (TypeScript)

Location: hirify.global GmbH Berlin Office, hybrid

Company

hirify.global builds satellite analytics applications that help companies and governments monitor deforestation, critical infrastructure, and natural disasters using deep learning, satellite data, and other data sources.

What you will do

• Build and extend end-to-end features that process large volumes of geospatial data across mobile, browser, and backend applications.
• Architect services that integrate heterogeneous data and help users prioritize competing tasks.
• Own the next major evolution of the public API and build integrations for third-party consumers.
• Develop agentic solutions and implement smart logic for geospatial data.
• Lead cross-functional teams from discovery and design through architecture, release, monitoring, and maintenance.

Requirements

• Expert backend development experience, ideally with NestJS, Express, or Node.js.
• Very good understanding of cloud architecture.
• Solid production experience with TypeScript and React, or another component-based frontend framework.
• Practical day-to-day experience with AI-assisted coding.

Nice to have

• Spec-driven or test-driven development experience.
• Python experience and familiarity with multiple programming paradigms.
• Web-based geospatial or GIS experience.
• Design and UX awareness.
