Working Student Legal, Data Privacy (AI Fintech)

hirify.global is building an AI-driven financial operating system for European healthcare, combining administrative automation, billing, and next-generation payments.

What you will do

• Own the data subject request process from intake and monitoring through deadline tracking and responses.
• Use standard templates to prepare and send replies to data subject requests.
• Work with data privacy lawyers and teams across hirify.global, customers, and partners on complex cases.
• Identify process bottlenecks and help scale privacy operations as the company grows.
• Drive improvements involving AI and API integrations to reduce response times.

Requirements

• Currently studying law, with an interest in data privacy or technology-related legal topics.
• Strong ownership, organization, attention to detail, reliability, and follow-through.
• Ability to manage multiple requests and deadlines simultaneously.
• Proactive communication skills and confidence contacting stakeholders across Legal, Customer Success, and other teams.
• Fluent German and English required.
