Technology Engineer - Data & Automation

Location: Billund, Denmark. Hybrid work with an average of 3 days per week in the office; relocation support is not offered.

What you will do

• Develop, test, and deliver low-code software automation for element and additive engineering.
• Embed maintainable workflows into engineering processes and document standards and improvements.
• Support the implementation and transition of digital engineering tools and software.
• Help create a reliable data foundation for predictive and preventive engineering models.
• Train engineers and specialists in shared low-code practices.
• Explore tools and solutions supporting the long-term digital engineering roadmap.

Requirements

• One to two years of computational design experience in product development, manufacturing design, or a related field.
• Experience with node-based programming software such as Grasshopper for Rhino.
• Experience building or maintaining solutions with Python.
• Background in engineering, automation, simulation, or a closely related technical discipline.
• Familiarity with cloud computing concepts, particularly for AI inference.
• Ability to solve technical problems, learn new tools, and communicate clearly.

Nice to have

• Experience with Synera or another low-code tool for creating engineering workflows.
• Experience creating or maintaining no-code automation workflows or using NX Open scripting.
