S&OP Analyst (Automotive Supply Chain)

Location: Troy, Michigan, United States; hybrid with regular on-site attendance required

What you will do

• Drive the monthly S&OP cycle by developing demand forecasts, integrating supply plans, and facilitating consensus plans.
• Analyze supply and demand gaps and recommend inventory, capacity, purchasing, and trade-off actions.
• Monitor inventory across warehouses, support on-time material availability, and prepare KPI and financial impact reports for management.
• Coordinate with OEM and Commercial teams to resolve material, part-number, shipment, and availability issues.
• Support daily order processing, EDI requirements, shipment labeling, material break-point adjustments, and operational reporting.
• Document workflows and improve S&OP processes, visibility, and cross-functional efficiency.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and at least five years of experience in supply chain management.
• Experience with ERP, MRP, and WMS systems and the ability to interpret complex data and convert findings into recommendations.
• Strong problem-solving, organization, process documentation, and written and verbal communication skills.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams.
• Ability to maintain regular on-site attendance in Troy, Michigan.
• Ability to lift and carry boxes weighing 10–20 lbs and travel up to 10% domestically and internationally.

Nice to have

• Experience in an automotive manufacturing or automotive OEM supply chain environment.
• Experience in S&OP, demand planning, or supply planning.
• Korean and English bilingual proficiency.
