Salesforce Solution Analyst (Salesforce)

What you will do

• Design, develop, test, and maintain Salesforce enhancements, custom functionality, automation, and platform components.
• Translate business requirements into scalable solutions using custom objects, fields, Flows, validation rules, Apex, and Lightning Web Components.
• Develop integrations, backend automation, data-processing solutions, and Apex unit tests.
• Investigate and resolve complex production defects involving Salesforce functionality, integrations, automation, and managed applications.
• Participate in code reviews, release validation, deployment support, technical documentation, and platform performance improvements.
• Research Salesforce capabilities, artificial intelligence tools, DevOps methodologies, automated testing practices, and emerging technologies.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of Salesforce development or technical Salesforce administration experience.
• Experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components, Salesforce Flows, validation rules, and custom objects.
• Working knowledge of Salesforce security, reports, dashboards, and platform configuration.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, problem-solving, written communication, and verbal communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities independently and collaboratively.

Nice to have

• Salesforce Platform Developer I or Salesforce Administrator certification.
• Experience with Git, Azure DevOps, Gearset, Copado, ACCELQ, or similar tools.
• Experience supporting Financial Services Cloud, nCino, or other enterprise Salesforce applications.
• Experience developing REST API integrations and data migration solutions.
