Finance Analyst (Manufacturing)

Location: American Falls, Idaho, USA (Plant); onsite role

Annual salary: $71,410–$107,110

What you will do

• Partner with business unit teams as a finance co-pilot and provide fact-based recommendations.
• Participate in month-end and quarter-end close activities, communicating key financial and business drivers.
• Prepare monthly and quarterly forecasts, commentary, annual operating plans, and strategic plans.
• Build financial analyses and models for product development, customer, competitive, and pricing decisions.
• Provide actionable recommendations to support profitable sales decisions and business growth.
• Improve financial processes and reporting while providing ad hoc analytical support across sales and finance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, accounting, or finance.
• 3+ years of professional experience in financial analysis and data management.
• Knowledge of P&L management and generally accepted accounting principles.
• Ability to analyze data, prepare detailed reports and charts, and present complex financial information.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, consensus-building, project management, and independent working skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Nice to have

• Experience with SAP or other ERP tools.
• Knowledge of Domo, Business Objects, other business intelligence tools, SQL, or Salesforce.
• Experience working across multiple departments in a fast-paced and changing environment.
