Senior Finance Manager

Location: Chandler, Arizona, United States; onsite role

Salary: $114,600–$212,800 per year

What you will do

• Lead the financial performance of a $200M+ portfolio and provide strategic business support to leadership.
• Coordinate annual budgeting, monthly close, forecasting, financial statements, and financial controls.
• Prepare financial reports with quantitative and qualitative analysis of variances, trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Manage KPIs including revenue, cost of sales, and indirect expenses, and drive corrective actions with business leaders.
• Lead program reviews, including Estimate-at-Complete analysis and forecast accuracy.
• Improve financial and operational processes while communicating financial information to non-finance stakeholders.

Requirements

• BS/BA in Accounting or Finance.
• 10+ years of financial experience in a manufacturing environment.
• 3–5 years of experience leading teams, including coaching and managing operational performance.
• Experience with P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow management in a complex, matrixed organization.
• Advanced data analytics and Microsoft Excel skills, with a track record of implementing process improvements.
• US citizenship is required due to U.S. Government contractual requirements; the role is subject to ITAR export-control requirements.
