Associate Software Engineer (AI)

What you will do

• Design, build, test, deploy, and operate reliable, secure, and scalable cloud-native applications and services.
• Develop customer-focused features and APIs from initial idea through production, measuring outcomes after release.
• Use AI-assisted development tools and coding agents for development, testing, debugging, documentation, code review, and learning.
• Participate in technical design, architecture discussions, code reviews, automated testing, deployments, production support, and incident learning.
• Collaborate with Product, UX, Quality, Security, and Engineering teams to solve customer problems.
• Use data, telemetry, and customer feedback to improve products, automate repetitive work, simplify systems, and increase developer productivity.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 2+ years of software development experience.
• Strong programming fundamentals and experience with at least one modern programming language.
• Understanding of APIs, testing, version control, debugging, and core software engineering principles.
• Ability to collaborate effectively, communicate technical ideas, learn from feedback, and take ownership of outcomes.
• Interest in AI-assisted software engineering and emerging development tools.

Nice to have

• Experience with AWS or another cloud platform.
• Familiarity with Python, TypeScript, JavaScript, Java, Kotlin, Swift, or similar languages.
• Experience with AI coding tools or agents such as GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, Codex, or Cursor.
• Exposure to APIs, automated testing, CI/CD, or modern software delivery practices.
