Operations Team Lead (Distribution)

Location: La Vergne, Tennessee, USA; onsite night shift

Salary: $23.60 per hour and up, depending on experience

What you will do

• Lead operational and administrative activities within a major production and distribution department.
• Train, develop, and provide direction to hourly associates.
• Plan and coordinate workflow to ensure efficient completion of department activities.
• Act as the department contact for production systems issues and questions, researching problems and recommending solutions.
• Coordinate with other departments and ensure customer requests, deadlines, productivity standards, and quality requirements are met.
• Assist with policy administration and payroll activities, including leadership coverage in the Supervisor’s absence.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of experience with PC-based applications.
• At least 1 year of experience in a warehouse operations environment.
• At least 6 months of experience involving physical activities such as walking, standing, lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, bending, climbing, reaching, and keyboard use.
• Availability for the Wednesday–Saturday schedule from 8:30 PM to 7:00 AM.
