Relationship Manager - External Asset Managers (EAM)

What you will do

• Manage and develop a portfolio of External Asset Manager clients.
• Serve as the main contact for relationship, business, and service matters.
• Identify opportunities involving additional assets, trading activity, products, and services.
• Coordinate onboarding, account openings, client lifecycle activities, and internal follow-up.
• Prepare pricing proposals and commercial offers within the approval framework.
• Identify and escalate client, operational, financial, and reputational risks while coordinating solutions.

Requirements

• Several years of experience in Relationship Management, Client Advisory, banking, financial services, or a comparable field.
• Understanding of the External Asset Manager and Independent Wealth Management environment.
• Knowledge of securities, trading, custody, foreign exchange, and institutional banking services.
• Understanding of KYC, AML, and client governance requirements.
• Strong communication, organisational, prioritisation, and problem-solving skills.
• Fluent or native-level French and professional working proficiency in English are required.
