What you will do

• Prepare and quality-assure financial reporting and statements (monthly, quarterly, annually) in accordance with statutory and corporate requirements.
• Act as the primary interface for external auditors, tax advisors, and regulatory authorities.
• Monitor accounting processes, internal controls, and compliance requirements to drive continuous enhancement.
• Support financial transparency through balance sheet reconciliations and cash flow forecasting.
• Serve as a key user for financial systems and reporting tools, ensuring their stability and development.
• Implement initiatives related to digitalization and efficiency enhancements within the Finance department.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or comparable qualification.
• Several years of professional experience in accounting and financial reporting within a mid-sized or international business environment.
• Strong knowledge of German GAAP (HGB), IFRS, and ideally US GAAP.
• Hands-on experience with SAP FI/CO and Microsoft Office applications.
• English: C1 level and German: B2 level (written and spoken).
• Must be based in or able to work in Berlin, Germany.
