Manager, Social, UK (Paid Social)

Location: Manchester, United Kingdom. Hybrid work with teams in the office around four days a week. This is a UK-based role and requires the right to work in the United Kingdom.

What you will do

• Develop paid social media plans aligned with client objectives and KPIs.
• Set up, manage, quality-assure, pace, troubleshoot, and optimize campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, and other social platforms.
• Prepare weekly, monthly, quarterly, annual, and end-of-campaign performance reports with actionable commentary.
• Act as a key social contact for clients and partners, supporting calls, presentations, recommendations, and relationship management.
• Identify testing and innovation opportunities and contribute to testing and learning agendas.
• Support workload management, mentor team members, contribute to training and recruitment, and collaborate with planning and channel-specialist teams.

Requirements

• Proven experience in digital marketing or an agency role involving clients or external stakeholders.
• Extensive experience setting up and optimizing paid social campaigns across key social platforms.
• Experience planning large-scale paid social campaigns for brand and direct-response objectives.
• Experience producing detailed campaign reports, presentations, and client review materials.
• Strong relationship-building and presentation skills, with confidence leading client calls.
• Must have the right to work in the United Kingdom.

Nice to have

• Meta Blueprint or similar platform training certifications.
• Experience line managing or training paid social team members.
