TL;DR
Associate Project Manager (Aviation): Managing customer-facing travel and transportation projects from inception through closure with an accent on stakeholder engagement, scheduling, risk management, quality assurance, and sustainable project outcomes. Focus on coordinating distributed project teams, controlling project documentation and governance, and managing project profitability and P&L.
Location: Riyadh or Jeddah, Saudi Arabia; domestic travel required more than 75% of the time; applicable only to KSA nationals

What you will do
- Manage customer-facing projects across their full lifecycle, from inception through closure.
- Track schedules, deliverables, risks, issues, changes, quality, and project performance, taking corrective action when needed.
- Coordinate project teams and maintain regular communication with management, stakeholders, and customers.
- Prepare communication strategies, resource and project plans, status reports, variance reports, Steering Committee reports, and lessons learned.
- Incorporate sustainability goals and metrics into project planning and delivery.
- Manage project information in the Project Management Tool and support project profitability and P&L control with the Project Financial Controller.
Requirements
- 5–7 years of project management experience managing complex projects of varying sizes, budgets, and deliverables in a commercial environment.
- Experience working with executives and senior management.
- University degree and formal project management training; PMP certification is preferred.
- Strong command of Arabic and English.
- Ability to travel domestically more than 75% of the time.
- Eligibility is limited to KSA nationals.

- Experience working with IT solutions in the travel and transportation industry.
- PMP certification.
