What you will do
- Maintain and implement project controls policies, management plans, standards, procedures, reporting requirements, and governance structures.
- Onboard and train project management consultants on programme processes, reporting requirements, and project management information systems.
- Manage PMIS-driven business intelligence reporting, dashboards, data registers, and weekly, monthly, and executive-level reports.
- Monitor schedule, cost, risk, procurement, OHSE, change management, KPIs, corrective actions, and PMC performance.
- Maintain the Integrated Master Schedule and coordinate WBS, CBS, SAP project mapping, work packages, procurement strategies, and budgeting requirements.
- Conduct compliance audits, monitor Stage Gate Reviews, and escalate programme risks, issues, and required executive actions.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in engineering, architecture, construction management, planning, management information systems, or a related field.
- Minimum 12 years of post-graduation experience in project controls, reporting, planning, or related infrastructure development work.
- Experience with major civil, infrastructure, and development projects, including urban developments, high-rise buildings, roads, bridges, and utilities.
- Experience with MS Office and project reporting systems, including Oracle Unifier, Primavera P6, and Aconex.
- Professional certification such as PMP, AACE CCP, PSP, MRICS, CIOB, or equivalent prior experience.
- Fluent written and spoken English required.
