Project Manager (Industrial Energy)

Location: In-office in Al Khobar, Saudi Arabia; travel across the MEA region may be required.

What you will do

• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of complex turnkey and milestone-based customer projects across the MEA region, especially for National Grid Saudi.
• Coordinate Solution Sales, Solution Consultants, Operations, customers, and third-party suppliers to manage inputs, deliverables, resources, and milestones.
• Own project budgets, margins, cash flow, and resource planning, taking corrective action when required.
• Manage stakeholder communication, expectations, reporting, risks, issues, and project changes.
• Drive quality, risk, and change management through project closure, handover, and lessons learned.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience managing complex turnkey or milestone-based customer projects in industrial environments.
• Experience in energy, critical infrastructure, or related industrial verticals; experience with National Grid Saudi is an advantage.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, ideally with an OT/IT networking focus in power utilities, mass transit, manufacturing, or energy.
• Experience with project management and CRM tools, including Salesforce, and with multi-vendor industrial application projects.
• Fluency in Arabic and English, written and spoken, is mandatory.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally across the MEA region.
