Location: Jubail, Saudi Arabia; residential site assignment.

Contract assignment for 1 year, renewable.

hirify.global is supporting a global multi-energy client operating large-scale refining and petrochemical facilities.

What you will do

• Direct construction planning, organization, management, and control activities.
• Develop site management procedures and promote HSE programs through visible safety leadership.
• Identify opportunities to optimize cost, schedule, quality, functionality, constructability, and project risk.
• Coordinate with commissioning and operations personnel to support a smooth facility handover.
• Lead the analysis, design, and implementation of approved changes and variations.
• Coordinate with contractors, project entities, auditors, discipline representatives, experts, and EPCC package teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree.
• Fluent English.
• At least 10 years of relevant experience in the same position.
• Strong knowledge of erection work execution, construction safety standards, and environmental requirements for major projects.
• Advanced construction experience, preferably in the Middle East oil and gas industry.
• Experience with integrated projects and joint venture organizations, including the ability to manage multiple priorities in an international, multicultural project environment.
