Senior Risk Manager (Infrastructure)

What you will do

• Develop, implement, and administer the approved Risk Management Plan, including procedures, processes, and templates.
• Review PMC risk management plans and registers and consolidate them into programme-level and departmental registers.
• Facilitate risk meetings, workshops, mitigation strategies, and operational risk assessments.
• Maintain portfolio risk and issue dashboards, key risk indicator reporting, and monthly quality assurance updates.
• Perform quantitative risk analysis and develop cost and schedule contingency assessments at programme and portfolio levels.
• Prepare risk assessment documentation and reports in accordance with established standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, architecture, construction management, business management, or an equivalent field.
• Minimum 15 years of post-graduation experience.
• PMI Risk Management Professional, RIMS Certified Risk Management Professional, or equivalent certification.
• Knowledge of risk management for major civil, infrastructure, and development projects, including urban developments, high-rise buildings, roads, bridges, utilities, and iconic assets.
• Experience managing subordinate Risk Managers and using MS Office and project management software for risk reporting.
• Fluent written and spoken English required.
