Oracle EBS Functional Analyst (Project/Manufacturing)

What you will do

• Serve as the primary functional expert for Oracle E-Business Suite projects and project accounting processes.
• Gather business requirements and translate them into functional designs and system solutions.
• Configure Oracle Projects modules using standard functionality and industry best practices.
• Support project setup, budgeting, forecasting, cost collection, capitalization, billing, revenue recognition, and closeout.
• Lead functional design reviews, SIT, UAT, regression testing, deployments, validation, and production support.
• Support integrations across Financials, Procurement, Ihirify.globalory, Time Collection, Manufacturing, CRM, and reporting platforms, while driving process standardization and governance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Ideally 5+ years of functional Oracle E-Business Suite experience.
• Strong expertise in Oracle Projects, Project Costing, Project Billing, Project Accounting, and Financials integrations.
• Experience with requirements gathering, functional specifications, testing, deployment, and user training.
• Experience supporting engineer-to-order, project-based manufacturing, construction, infrastructure, industrial equipment, or capital project businesses.
• Knowledge of Oracle Financials, Procurement, Ihirify.globalory, Manufacturing, Cost Management, project controls, earned value management, contract billing, SOX controls, and financial governance.
